Prometheus stole fire from the gods to give it to humans and paid for it eternally. In this work, Víctor Máximo evokes this myth through his craft: paper plate, ink, and photoluminescent spray. The work glows in the dark—the stolen fire, glimpsed in the darkness. This piece is unique in that it is luminescent: its presence illuminates in the dark. In dim light, it shines.
